Vets Day parade Nov 9th 

As Nathan said...I'm building a parade float. It's taking shape now and I think it will be great. (I get creative every now and then!)  It won't take a lot of work at this point, but Britt is gone this week so I could use some assistance on a couple of things.

More importantly, we could use some able bodied volunteers to assist on parade day with final prep on the float and to walk the parade route handing out flyers advertising TRR.

The parade is at 3pm on Sunday November 9th, it would be great to have you there around 2pm to prep. If you're interested please let me know....859-229-4358

The TRR float has really taken shape and all who have seen it have really liked it. Just a few more finishing touches this week and it should be all set for next weekend.
Now for your part….we need all able bodied volunteers to walk with the float and hand out TRR flyers to people along the street in order to advertise the program and increase our veteran participation. The parade is Sunday November 9th….show up NLT 2:30pm. It looks like it might be in the 50’s that day, but hopefully sunny. A brisk walk in the parade will keep you warm. The parade is a lot of fun and a great way to show your support for our veterans and TRR. Hope to see you there.

Just a quick question...... Where do we meet?  ( Remember some of us are challenged if we are out of Louisville,  and have to be spoon fed.)   I plan on coming for the day, and hope I can bring one of my kids to help as well.  Please feel free to give me a shout if I can bring anything.   Scott
